We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Consultant to help us expand our client base. This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, primarily in software, SaaS, and IT industries.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to drive new business.
- Identify client needs and offer Castle Ventures’ services as solutions.
- Close deals and manage accounts post-sale to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership team to refine sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, IT consulting, SaaS, or tech services.
- Strong network in Ontario’s tech ecosystem or beyond.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your pipeline and drive results independently.
- Knowledge or interest in IT consulting, software development, or startup services is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with client needs and Castle Ventures’ services.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain CRM records and report progress regularly to track leads and sales.
Must Have
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or consulting).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A network of contacts in tech or business development.
Nice to have

Knowledge of startups or scaling tech businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Understanding of global staffing models.
- Participation in industry events or tech communities.
